Welcome on board! I’m pumped that you’re here, and I truly appreciate you trusting in me to be your coach. Your decision to invest in yourself isn’t something I take lightly, and my commitment to you is to make this experience a complete game-changer for your health, fitness, and - ultimately - your life.
Now, to kick things off, here’s what I need from you, plus what’s next:
First: if you’re here, you should have scheduled your call by now. If for whatever reason you haven’t yet, make sure to do so here.
Second: before our call, take some time to go through these questions so I can get an idea of what to focus on during our conversation. Some of this will be repetitive (from our previous conversations), but do your best to fill them out anyway.
Note: while this might seem like a lot, try to include as much detail as you can. The more information you can provide, the better. This will go a long way towards making sure that we’ve got your plan nailed down to a ‘T’ from the get-go!
Third: during our conversation, we’ll go over your answers in more detail. Then I’ll explain the next steps and what to expect moving forward. Within the following 2-4 days, I’ll have your plan completely built out.* Then we’ll begin the experience (weekly check-ins, calls, video reviews, etc.) from there!
*Why 2-4 days? Well, since this isn’t a cookie-cutter coaching experience, I’ll need to take some time to review what we’ve gone over before coming up with an individualized plan.
